PMEA District 12 is pleased to offer grants to its members to support music education projects and initiatives. These grants aim to enhance music learning opportunities for students within school programs or community organizations.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicants must be active PMEA members.
- Funding must directly support music education for students in either school or external organization settings.
Grant Details:
- The grant submission window has passed for Spring 2026.
- Notification of Awards: Recipients will be notified by Friday, February 27, 2026
- Grant funds will be distributed in Spring 2026 for classroom use.
Grant Expectations:
- Recipients will be asked to write an article for the District 12 Newsletter during the following school year, showcasing how the grant supported their project.

Annual In-Service Conference Scholarship
PMEA District 12 offers an Annual In-Service Conference Scholarship to its membership for anyone who would like to go to the Annual Conference, but would have to pay out of pocket. This scholarship covers registration and hotel costs for the 2026 PMEA Annual In-Service Conference at the Kalahari Resort in the Poconos, April 23-25, 2026.
